If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery
for a refund, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Items damaged by the customer, clearly used, or missing packaging may be denied or partially refunded.
- Proof of purchase (order number and receipt/packing slip) is required for all returns.
How to Start a ReturnEmail us at support@trendyooo.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA on the outside of your package and ship to:

Refunds (Timing & Method)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of error or defect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@trendyooo.com with photos and order info.
We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
